Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Analyst located in Docklands, VIC. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying business requirements, and developing strategies to improve operational efficiency. The role involves working closely with stakeholders, gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting detailed analysis, and delivering recommendations. Additionally, the Senior Business Analyst will facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring that business solutions meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis experience
  • Proficiency in identifying and analyzing Business Processes and Business Requirements
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in data analysis and presentation tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
  • Project management certification is a plus
