We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to manage all aspects of our Aldi, Costco & Independents accounts. The role is pivotal for meeting sales and gross profit targets. This role is all about diving deep into market trends, competitor insights, and customer feedback to spot and cultivate new business opportunities within the customer.
- Substantial knowledge of both Sales and FMCG sectors.
- Prior experience working with medium to large grocery retailers.
- Experience working with both branded and private label products.
- Leadership qualities as this role will have one direct report.

**What can you bring?**
- Experience in national account sales, preferably within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry or similar consumer-centric markets.
- Applicants need to demonstrate strong commercial acumen, with a track record of developing and implementing strategic sales plans.
- Strategic insight and practical approach to problem-solving and are eager to transform challenges into opportunities.
- A genuine passion for customer service is important, along with the ability to cultivate trusting, collaborative, and mutually beneficial relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills are a must, along with a consultative approach to influencing others using compelling facts and data.
