Lion, home to Australia's most iconic beer and ready-to-drink (RTD) brands – Hahn, Stone & Wood, Four Pillars and Kirin Hyoketsu (not to mention being the Drinks Association's 2025 Supplier of the Year) – is searching for a commercially-minded leader with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving results to step into the role of National Business Manager – Endeavour Group. Your Mission

  • Lead with Vision: Develop and execute national strategies that deliver commercial growth, brand visibility, and market expansion. Own the P&L and drive ROI with our largest national customer.
  • Own the Customer Relationship: Lead strategic negotiations and grow long-term partnerships.
  • Inspire High Performance: Set the tone for a high-performing, cross-functional team spanning sales, marketing, RGM, category and supply chain. Foster a culture of accountability, development and performance.
  • Drive with Insight: Use data to unlock opportunity. Translate category, customer and shopper insights into action through tools like Circana/IRI, Power BI and Quantium.
  • Collaborate with Impact: Engage and influence across all levels — from internal stakeholders (Marketing, Ops, C-Suite) to external customers and distributor networks.\

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: You bring proven experience leading national accounts and sales teams, with a track record of delivering sustained commercial success.
  • Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of financial drivers including margin, pricing, cost control and forecasting. You think in terms of the bottom line — and the bigger picture.
  • Marketplace Expertise: Whether it's liquor, FMCG, consumer healthcare or retail, you know the Australian retail landscape like the back of your hand.

  • Systems Savvy: You know your way around a CRM or planning system — and how to use them to enable smarter selling and sharper decision-making.
