Kailos International Pty Ltd is looking for a **Recruitment and Human Resources Administrator, Payroll officer.**
Worked as the HR, administrator at Crisis, mainly focused on people management, supported employees and took care of employee concerns

- Conducting reference and screening checks
- Onboarding process for new employees
- Updating and adding to internal policy and processes
- Preparing and submitting government reports and forms related to labour relation matters, such as equal employment opportunity, new hires, and minority compensation reports
- Developing of the welcome pack for new staff
- Preventing of occupational hazards
- Negotiating labour conditions with trade unions
- Developing of schedule and timesheets for 30 staff
- Managing communications related to labour relations activities,agreements, dispute or conciliation, or clarification of contract terms
- Developing the training plan, motivating staff and advising staff in matters of payroll, etc.
- Monitoring and reporting regarding timesheets and absenteeism
- Job posting
- Arranging and facilitating interviews
- Conducting reference and screening checks
- Onboarding process for new employees
- Updating and adding to internal policy and processes
- Hiring and monitoring all states (Mel,Syd,Bris..) based staff
- Ensuring feedback is submitted to management regarding each campaign
- Allocating jobs, briefing staff and maintaining online staffing schedules
- Ensuring all jobs are activated in the most effective way
- Regularly meeting with Management to discuss progress jobs
- interviews and individual and group interviews
- Developing the welcome pack and onboarding of new staff
- Preparing of payroll
- Developing training plans
- Conducting work environment surveys, as well as the monitoring and reporting of absenteeism
- Performing administrative tasks and preparation of documentation in support of the annual HR audit
- General Office work
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 10 - 40 per week
**Salary**: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- SILVERWATER, NSW 2128: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
