Employment Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 40 hours/week)

Position: HR & Payroll Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR administration including recruitment, employment contracts, and employee relations
  • Payroll processing and management
  • Attendance and employee records management
  • Ensure compliance with HR-related laws and internal policies
  • Provide HR and payroll support to management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR and payroll (mandatory)
  • Solid knowledge of Australian employment law and taxation basics
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Bilingual in English and Korean (preferred)

Employment Conditions:

  • Full-time position (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
  • Based at our Silverwater Head Office
  • Salary negotiable depending on experience and qualifications
