**About the Role**
We are seeking an energetic and motivated People and Culture Advisor to help build on our positive culture and align our people to our commercial objectives in our growing organisation.
**Key responsibilities for this role**:
- Support employee engagement
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process
- Organise induction and onboarding process
- Assist management with employee conflict resolution
- Coordinate staff learning and development
- Work with management to ensure human resources are supporting business goals
- Administer performance management system
- Ensure compliance with Government legislation, FairWork, awards and other directives
- Execute all aspects of HR administration
- Deliver consistent internal communication
**What are the skills, experience and attributes required to be successful?**
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar human resources role
- Ability to think commercially and deploy HR solutions to align people to business outcomes
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Well organised and able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Commitment, enthusiasm and a positive mindset
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer literacy and understanding of business software
