**Administrative Assistant** in an Australian-owned business in Sydney who are producers of contemporary children's gifts, "Where Dreams are Made".

**Your responsibility would be as following**:

- Administrative work using Excel (proposals)
- General administrative duties (file, copy)
- Handling expense reports
- Administrative duties including phones, scheduling, filing, scanning and assisting team on various projects
- Responsible for managing Chief Financial Officer’s Outlook and Gmail calendar and coordinate daily meetings and appointments
- Manage business vendors
- Coordinate operations and provide administrative support
- Liaise with internal teams such as Development, Production, Administration, Human Resources and Accounting as needed
