**The Opportunity**
We are seeking an Admin Coordinator to work onsite at one of our clients' locations based in Cannon Hill.
In this role you will be responsible for the following:
- Various administrative tasks, including uploading of documents, maintaining accommodation tracker, accurate weekly payroll entry, and completion of other documentation as required.
- Handling employee enquiries and providing administration support to internal onsite team members
- Assist with onboarding processes of new staff to site including site inductions, organisation of Q Fever vaccines and medical assessments
- Assisting with mobilisation of new staff and general administration
**What You Will Need**
To be successful in this role you will have a drive to deliver, and be a highly organised individual. You will be passionate about helping others succeed and be committed to this role.
You will also have:
- Administration experience
- Intermediate MS Office skills and computer literacy
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritise deadlines
- Payroll understanding and ability to reconcile timesheets to rosters is desirable
- Recruitment or HR experience is advantageous
