**What this opportunity involves**:
We seek an experienced Operations Manager to provide comprehensive facilities management for several assets. Based in North Rocks, you will also oversee three additional sites including North Rocks, Kings Langley, and Lennox Village.

**Responsibilities**:
Managing service contracts, related budgets, and tenant liaison to facilitate various works.
Ensure that the agreed risk management plan is implemented to meet - as a minimum - the agreed internal and client KPI expectations.
Manage Operational output for the properties in conjunction with, and guide, the Assistant Operations Manager.
Develop, maintain, and review a Compliance Plan which is to include a list of compliance requirements, their frequency and verification method.
Supervise the Security contractor and ensure that the centre is a safe environment for customers, contractors, and staff. Be aware of unacceptable behaviour by persons in the centre, and work to reduce incidents of such.
In conjunction with specialists, scope, implement and complete client Capital Works.
Ensure all contractors satisfy the insurance requirements as required under the company’s Public Liability Policy. Ensure all work of contractors conforms with Work Safe procedures and all legislation.
Assist the Centre manager and Fit out Coordinator in the control and coordination of tenancy fit-out works and landlord's works in accordance with the fit-out guide.
Procure services to ensure all technical, risk and statutory requirements are satisfied and within budget.

What we are looking for?
Formal Engineering, Sustainability and/or Management Qualification desired.
Proven experience in all aspects of risk and compliance management.
Proven experience in the supervision of the broad spectrum of building services with an emphasis on property assets and their systems including fire systems, electrical, mechanical and building intelligence.
Experience in supervising contractors.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
