**About Us**:
At Brand Influence Group (BIG), we’re all about experiential and field marketing and creating memorable brand experiences that connect with consumers. Our mobile workforce is key to our success, and we’re on the lookout for a proactive and energetic National Field Sales Planner to join our team.

**The role**:
We are looking for an **Assistant Brand Manager - Liquid I.V.** who will lead and execute the development and implementation of local brand plans in Australia to achieve long and short-term business goals.

Liquid I.V. is a functional hydration brand that has disrupted the market, launching in Australia in April 2024 and continuing to outpace category growth. Our purpose is to elevate the vitality of people and the planet. An ambitious goal? Yes But by playing to win, holding the bar higher, championing wellbeing, and always thinking with a pioneering mindset we can go further together to leave a lasting mark.

The Assistant Brand Manager is responsible for supporting the overall Brand Marketing function, overseeing day-to-day operations, key projects/workstreams and supporting in the development and execution of new product development and demand creation projects.

**What you'll bring**:

- 3+ years marketing experience, preferably CPG.
- Very strong analytical skills
- Experience/ability leading cross-functional teams, agencies and media partners
- Proven record of drive and initiative with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to operate in a dynamic and ambiguous environment
