We are looking for a Cafe Manager on a casual basis to join our team at North Rocks

Our North Rocks store is in a great location, with on-site parking and a bus stop across the road Only 10 minutes from Westfield Parramatta.

Role and Responsibility:

- Support day to day operation of kitchen.
- Wash dishes.
- Assist food prep and production.
- Sanitation control.
- Maintain orderliness of food supplies.
- Providing chef with assistance in the kitchen -- prepping, cooking and serving as needed, consistent with all recipe and presentation standards.
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

- Cooking experience
- Able to work as part of a positive and close-knit team
- Experience in a fast and busy environment
- Excellent Communication skills and proficiency in English
- 12 months working rights in Australia

Desirable:

- Willingness to learn and passion for the industry
- Well presented, communication skills and time management skills
- Able to work quickly and safely with mínimal supervision
