Piccolo Me is searching for a proactive Marketing Manager to support our brand and carry out marketing duties. As a marketing manager, you will understand the needs of the business to design marketing initiatives, and collaborate with internal and external teams, and others linked to the Piccolo Me network.

Piccolo Me is an Australian owned and family operated business. Piccolo Me has built a reputation for on-trend advertising and marketing that appeals to all ages.

**What are you going to do?**
- Create and execute campaigns, including concepts, contests, offers and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with and manage our team of graphic designers to create and approve marketing materials.
- Create clear and precise communication for corporate store managers and franchisees regarding all marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Oversee partnerships with brands and influencers to expand our company.
- Create a budget for marketing and keep track of it.
- Produce monthly marketing reports with analytics and results.
- Facilitate events and functions, ensuring they run smoothly.
- Know what’s trending and generate innovative and engaging content that promotes the company.
- Maintain the company’s online presence, including the website, social media and other marketing channels.
- Design ideas and plans to enhance the image of our stores and company across multiple channels through smart and creative marketing.

**What do you need to be considered for this role?**
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or Business experience as a marketing manager who has successfully increased a company’s profile is preferable.
- Experience within the hospitality industry is preferable.
- It is an advantage if you have experience in dealing with complaints and concerns from franchisees, customers and clients.
- It is an advantage if you have done multisite marketing prior.
- It is an advantage if you have expertise in creating content in photography and videography.
- The ability to form strong relationships with head office members, franchisees, clients and customers.
- A positive and collaborative attitude, desire to do well and adaptability when it comes to pushing limits.
- Excellent writing and creative skills.
- Excellent communication skills and open to constructive feedback.
- A critical thinker with excellent problem-solving and research skills.
- Analysing and interpreting competition strategy and customer behaviour.
- Strong organisational skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to stringent deadlines.
- Proficient in using design software (such as illustrator and canva), microsoft suite and social media.

- Salary: $90,000
