Our client, Cross River Rail Delivery Authority, is seeking highly skilled and experienced Commercial Managers to join their Project Delivery and Strategic Outcomes teams.

These roles afford exciting opportunities to provide strategic, tactical and commercial advice on key elements of the transformative Cross River Rail Project.

**What you'll do**:
As a Commercial Manager at the Cross River Rail Delivery Authority, you will play a crucial role in the projects’ successful delivery. You will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies, leading complex contract negotiations, assisting project delivery teams with risk management, fostering a culture of excellence and providing valuable advice on commercial issues. Your ability to manage contract correspondence effectively will contribute significantly to achieving strategic objectives. Your role will also involve representing the Delivery Authority in meetings with project teams, advisors and external stakeholders.

**What you bring**:

- Relevant Tertiary education in Law, Quantity Surveying, Business, Engineering or Construction Management
- The ability to lead complex contract negotiations and disputes to favourable outcomes
- Excellent written communication skills including drafting and reviewing contract documentation, correspondence, and executive briefings
- Experience leading and mentoring a team to provide exceptional governance and compliance
