**The Position**
Reporting to the National Commercial Manager interstate, you will form part of a highly respected commercial team within this large multi-billion dollar business. You will be responsible for providing high quality commercial analysis and financial support to multiple business unit managers and the leadership team, as well as engaging with senior operational stakeholders to provide them with critical insights and influence commercial outcomes.

This is a highly visible role to ensure long term success of their core operations and drive performance of a key contract. You will partner with a wide range of stakeholders across the group, providing insightful analysis and reports in order to identify opportunities for improvement, making this a very exciting opportunity for the right person.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Business partnering with key stakeholders
- Prepare cost models within a service delivery based environment (transport)
- Build financial models and prepare analysis
- Review, analyse and provide commercial recommendations
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders in order to implement improvements
- Assist operations & executive team to quantify the financial impacts of operational and market changes
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Develop a strong understanding of site operations and understand how they relate to models prepared, with the ability to tell the story behind the numbers

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience within transport, supply chain or logistics industries preferred
- CA/CPA or equivalent qualification
- Relevant experience in a commercial manager or senior commercial analyst role
- Demonstrated success in business partnering with operations
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Large ERP combined with advanced Excel and report writing skills
