**ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE**
Fever will be staging an iconic, whimsical immersive experience overflowing with magic and wonder. You don't need to love dancing to have fun at this ball: you'll find everything from magical moments to beautiful photo ops and themed food & drink. You can also stop by the market to browse merchandise and pick up a wand, if you don't have one already. Ready for the magic to begin?
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- You will become a key reference point and bridging figure between the Fever and onsite teams, ensuring the smooth running of each show
- Onsite management of all stakeholders and suppliers involved (catering, merchandising, security, staff, cleanings, location, third parties)
- Cue to stage managers to start/stop the show according to schedule and flow management
- Validation of staff schedules and time sheets
- Responsible for all the Front of House operations such as ticketing, customer complaints and concerns, special requests
- Daily reporting to Fever Originals team about the status of each event; including both the pre and post event findings and feedback
- Implementation of the contingency and emergency plans
- Ensuring all health & safety standards are being followed
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- At least 5 years of previous relevant experience in the event industry
- Experience in managing teams of 20+ people
- Exceptional observation skills
- Ability to deal with stressful situations in a calm and professional manner
- Must be an effective communicator, team oriented and have strong leadership skills
- A problem-solver with the ability to think strategically and efficiently when faced with issues on-site
- Proactive attitude
- Comfortable working in a constantly changing environment
- Professional appearance and demeanour
- Fluency English, both written and verbal
- Commitment for the entire duration of the event
