SPC is seeking to appoint a student service officer to work in Brisbane campus.

SPC is a leading English language program provider in Australia, Queensland. We have established our Cairns campus since 2000 and has started a Brisbane campus from 2016. Our main service is to provide English language programs and ideal learning environment to a group and an individual from varies age group, study duration and nationalities.

We are currently looking for a team member who has a passion for international student care. The department's main responsibilities include accommodation arrangements, tour bookings, customer service, and administrative tasks. You will be required to provide a timely and efficient work manner to coordinate this high volume and detailed role.

**The key responsibilities are**:

- Provide information about living in Australia and assist international students(e.g. opening bank accounts, transport information)
- Dealing with routine student enquiries and handover to relevant staff as necessary.
- Group operation and preparation
- Handling all bookings, includes transportation, meals, English lessons and activities.
- Accommodation placement and student counselling
- Work with sales department closely and support
- Design and organize activities for international students
- 24 hours emergency contact person
- Database management

**Experience, Skills**:

- Experience in an office environment
- PC knowledge and experience (Microsoft products: Outlook, Excel, Word, Power point)
- Telephone correspondence
- Ability to multi-task, learn quickly and work independently
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Working experience in the CRICOS ELICOS sector would be an advantage

**Conditions**:

- Full
- time, 3 months contract with possibility to extend or move permanent position
- Have a VISA that allows you to work full time
- Must have at least 6 months of the VISA remaining
- English level to be Upper intermediate to native
- Must not be able to work more than one job at a time
- A driving licence and Blue Card registration would be advantageous

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From $23.97 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
