About the Role

Passionate about driving operational excellence through technology innovation and collaboration? This is your opportunity to take the lead in developing Operations Technology roadmap across our reliability and excellence, material management as well as contractor management product lines to ensure complete alignment to our operational strategy and goals as well as assisting our Operations Management Portfolio team to implement and monitor impact on associated business KPIs.

Your key contributions will be:
- Operations Technology Strategic Development: Supporting our asset reliability and maintenance, material management as well as contractor management Business Process Owner’s (BPO’s) in developing respective product line digital strategy, planning, and life cycle management efforts.- Digital Innovation: Monitoring and updating relevant portfolio & product line KPIs, ensure the delivery of new digital technology outcomes, and maintaining timely adjustments to their priorities as defined by Alcoa’s operations and Centre of Excellence.- Change Management: Monitoring activities across product lines to ensure alignment to the change strategy and the impact on operations resources as well as our ITAS site resource.- Delivery Excellence: Continuously track and evaluate performance across product lines and working closely with our BPO’s to proactively improve the product lines delivery and ensure delivery against operational goals.- Process Governance: Working with the ITAS Strategy team and operation portfolio managers in implementing new ways of working, providing support in governance including developing & improving workflow standards.- Continuous Improvement: From developing a deep understanding of operational business goals globally, you will ensure complete alignment of technology roadmap with short to medium, and long-term operational goals and product priorities and improvement recommendations.

What you can bring to the role- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or IT with experience in Asset Reliability and Maintenance area in similar industry.- Demonstrated experience in roadmap planning & strategy development.- Your knowledge in digital innovation and Product Based Operating model concepts.- Skills in developing standard workflows and optimising business systems.- A collaborative and adaptable approach to building relationships with stakeholders and customers within a diverse and global work environment.- Previous success stories in the identification and deployment of new digital technologies within a large organisation.
