**About the Role**:This role is responsible for ensuring our customer’s needs are met, in service delivery and relationship management. They are the primary contact who meets/exceeds the needs of their clients and customers expectations. This role is primarily responsible to plan, organise, direct, control and coordinate the sales and marketing activities within the Western Australia region.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Directing the development and implementation of sales strategies and setting sales targets in order to maximise an organisation’s sales and customer loyalty across the region.
- Directing the development and implementation of strategies to promote an organisation’s goods and services to as many people as possible.
- Directing the development and implementation of strategies to generate increased consumption of an organisation’s goods and services through the creation and reinforcement of brand image & brand loyalty.
- Directing the development and implementation of strategies to build and maintain an organisation’s image and reputation with its customers, investors and the wider public.
- Attend weekly L10 meetings - EOS Traction tools.
- Fulfil any other duties as required by management and other department personnel as requested/required.
**Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Attributes**:
- Relevant knowledge applicable to the role and managing expectations of internal and external stakeholders.
- Customer service focus: committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels - written, phone and face-to-face.
- Communication: the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication styles depending upon the audience.
- Attention to detail: excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally.
- Teamwork: willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team members.
- Time management/organisation: accomplish objectives effectively within the time frame given, and carry out administrative duties within the portfolio in an efficient and timely manner.

**Preferred Experience**:
- At least 10 years relevant industry experience in a high-paced environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelors in any discipline; certification/degree preferred.
