About Us

TOLICCS is an established wholesale B2B and B2C Distribution company dealing in cleaning products and automotive consumables with over 14 years of success across Australia. Operating in Perth & Sydney, we've built a diverse portfolio of brands including Western Industrial Cleaning Supplies (commercial & industrial cleaning), Better Soaps (premium soap range), and HaloWipers, TOLICCS Workshop Supplies as well as other brands and products we have created along the way. With a dedicated team and ambitious growth plans, we're looking for a Marketing Manager to take our digital presence to the next level.

The Role

We're seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across multiple brands and channels. You'll have the autonomy to develop and execute strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This is a hands-on role where you'll manage a small team while rolling up your sleeves to create impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across our brand portfolio

  • Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI

  • Oversee website design and user experience improvements across multiple sites

  • Create engaging content for social media platforms and drive community growth

  • Implement growth marketing initiatives to increase customer acquisition and retention

  • Lead and mentor a small marketing team

  • Analyse campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations

  • Manage marketing budget allocation across channels

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience in advertising and digital marketing

  • Strong skills in website design and UX principles

  • Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms

  • Demonstrated success in social media management and growth

  • Content creation skills across various formats (written, visual, video)

  • Growth marketing experience with measurable results

  • Team management and leadership capabilities

  • Ability to work across multiple brands and prioritize effectively

  • Self-starter attitude with strong project management skills
