**About the Role**

As Marketing Specialist, you will take a methodical approach to organizing existing marketing initiatives, and plan and develop new ones to achieve sales target and business growth.

This position will require you to:

- Create engaging content that showcases our software, including how-to articles, infographics, videos, and downloadable guides to raise awareness among potential customers.
- Advise the management team on advertising, sales promotion, and selling and distribution channels to help reach target markets.
- Coordinate the production of advertising campaigns involving copywriting, media scripting, and media placement.
- Analyze consumer patterns, preferences, and trends to guide marketing strategies.
- Marketing research to identify new market opportunities.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics to measure effectiveness and drive data-based decisions.

You will receive full training in the features and benefits of our software, as well as an overview of our existing customers and use cases. Working closely with our leadership and development teams you will leverage that knowledge to improve and create effective digital B2B marketing strategies.

**About You**

You will be able to demonstrate an interest in tech/software with previous experience or knowledge of software development or SaaS. Your proficiency in using tools to automate, measure and report on the success of marketing activities will be a must.

Last, but not least, you have excellent written communication skills. You have a knack for understanding tricky concepts and writing about them in simple and engaging terms.
- Higher education qualification in Marketing.
- Minimum 2-years’ experience in relevant field.
- Experience in IT / Computer Science or related discipline.
- Experience in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, AHREFS or similar platforms.
- A sound practical understanding of common website CMS (WordPress/Joomla/Plesk).
- Broad understanding of running PPC, SEO & SEM campaigns.
- Prior experience marketing B2B or SaaS products well received.
- Experience producing digital content (infographics, user manuals, “how to” videos).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).

**What We Offer**

We are a small close-knit team working from a modern office located in Osborne Park.

This position is:

- Full-time, 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Varied and challenging with training and guidance from experienced mentors.
- Has an annual salary from $80K+ pa, plus super.
- Monthly team lunches and a fun supportive working environment.
- Easy access to public transport and parking at reasonable rates nearby.
