**About the role**

Reporting to the Programme Quality and Assurance Lead, these fantastic opportunities will see you provide independent appraisal of the refunds delivered under the remediation and rectification programme, recommending system/process improvements where deficiencies are identified, and helping to drive capability uplift in the team.

As Quality Assurance Officers, you will be responsible in working within the remediation QA Framework to ensure maintenance of acceptable standards and adherence to agreed remediation process. Additionally, you will provide support and guidance on the expected usage of the remediation systems and processes to frontline remediation staff.

The positions will be based in Eight Miles Plain with a hybrid flexible working option on offer

**About you**

To be successful in the role, you will possess the following key attributes:

- Minimum of Year 12 Certificate and/or qualification in relevant study area
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role with some or all of this gained in the banking, insurance, or financial services industry.
- Demonstrated experience with quality management systems
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of compliance and quality assurance principles
- Strong communication and complaints handling skills
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret standards and legislation
- Knowledgeable about compliance and governance issues pertaining to the role (e.g., GICoP)
