**About the role**

A fantastic opportunity has presented within the Remediation and Rectification Program for a motivated Quality Assurance Analyst to join us on a 12-month full-time fixed term contract basis, with possibility of extensions.

The role will see you provide support to the program by analysing quality assurance outcomes to provide actionable insights to uplift capability of people, processes, and systems at RACQ Insurance (RACQI). This is achieved through targeted reviews, root cause identification, development of action plans, and identification and reporting of systemic issues and trends impacting Insurance.

The role has the option to work flexibly from home and Eight Mile Plains office (free parking onsite).

**About you**

This position is well suited to an analytical and switched - on individual with a problem-solving mindset. You will ideally possess proven experience risk and/or assurance role within complex financial services organisations (or other complex regulated industries). Furthermore, you are a strong communicator with demonstrated knowledge of Insurance products, processes, systems business practices and regulatory obligations.
- Qualifications in a related field such as business, finance, commerce, accounting desirable however not essential
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant statutory regulations and codes of practice
- Demonstrated experience in complex data analysis and accounting methodologies.
- Demonstrated advanced Microsoft excel skills
- Financial Services / Insurance industry experience highly regarded
- Knowledge and understanding of Assurance framework and methodologies
- Demonstrated communication skills for preparation and presentation of reporting and analysis
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing demands, assign priorities and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated success in the design, development and delivery of process support and remediation in response to identified needs and specifications, appropriately utilising the range of best practice business techniques.
- Ability to handle confidential and/or sensitive information appropriately.
