This role will provide a high level of Customer service, roster management and administrative support to employees, residents, visitors and guests within our beautiful Villa Maria home in Fortitude Valley.
This is a full time role working Monday to Friday on site in Fortitude Valley.
**Primary responsibilities**:
- Manage the admission process for new residents and liaising with residents and their families to support the transition into the home
- Schedule and conduct tours for potential residents’
- Act as the customer service champion for the Home by monitoring service standards and actioning resident satisfaction feedback
- Assist the Residential Manager with maintaining occupancy through community engagement and generating leads via events and other activities
- Assist the Residential Manager with HR Recruitment & Payroll tasks, and more
To be successful for this role, you will have:
- Min 3 plus years Administration or Customer Service experience
- Business Administration or Customer Service-related qualification (Desirable)
- Sales experience (Desirable)
- Roster Management experience (Essential)
- Vaccinations - COVID x 3
- NDIS check or willing to obtain
