We wish to complement our existing team with a highly organised and proactive Administrator to support the successful delivery of projects across Brisbane and Greater Brisbane area. Based in our Fortitude Valley office, this is a fantastic opportunity for you to drive your career further, and gain industry relevant experience, with on-the-job skill development/coaching offered throughout.

In this role you'll be responsible for:
- Providing day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Program Leadership and Delivery Teams- Manage the procurement and stock control of office and site consumables (Uniforms, stationary, kitchen supplies, general items)- Maintain registers for asset tracking: IT, Stationery and Uniforms and project consumables- Support with project documentation and reporting- Organise meetings, recording meeting minutes and managing action items- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to support project delivery- Assist with onboarding support, including IT equipment, access cards, uniforms, and user set ups.

How you'll connect to the role:
- Previous experience in a similar role or program/project-based environment, preferably within Construction/Water industry- Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills- Being proactive in supporting your colleagues- High attention to detail and accuracy- Ability to work in a fast past environment and manage competing priorities- Adopting and driving Fulton Hogan’s Living Safely 2.0 Culture.
