**Job Description**:
**Your New Role**

Working on the exciting project JP2096 for Defence, your role is to design, develop and manage best practice business process solutions to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Development Centre processes.

The role is complex and challenging, requiring both business analysis acumen and expertise in the design, development and management of business process tools. General duties will include:

- Working with the service delivery teams to analyse business process and reporting needs with the aim to deliver optimised levels of process and reporting automation
- Design of automated work flows, aligned with business process and reporting requirements to improve service efficiency and effectiveness
- Production and maintenance of related design and configuration documentation
- Configuration and management of tool workflows
- Overseeing tool system administration, including software updates and patching
- Researching and recommending additional or new process automation tools to further improve service value to Leidos and the customer.

**About You and What You'll Bring**

Coupled with direct practical experience in the use of a variety of workflow tools to automate and improve service delivery business processes, you will have a proactive approach and the ability to solve issues and develop relationships to achieve the company’s objectives. You will also have:

- A passion for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of operational business processes and reporting through automation
- Demonstrated experience in the development and support of a range of business process automation and reporting tools
- Demonstrated experience as a technical business analyst, working collaboratively with stakeholders to design business process automation solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve translation of complex business needs to online tools and resolve process technical issues.

**_ This role does require the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen and be willing to obtain and hold a NV-1 security clearance._**
