About the role

An exciting opportunity has become available on the Strategic Operational Excellence team. Reporting to the Robotics Lead, the Process Automation Analyst will act as the bridge between the Stakeholders & Robotics Developers during delivery & implementation of Robotics Process Automation (RPA). They will gather requirements, monitor, support & resolve issues for automated processes that are working in Production/Live environment.

About you’ll be doing:
- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for automation projects.- Process Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes to identify areas for automation and process improvements.- Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing of automation workflows to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to business requirements.- Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment between business objectives and automation initiatives.- Deployment and Support: Collaborate with the development team to deploy automation solutions into production environments and provide ongoing support and maintenance. Proactively plan for operational impacts on vendors and systems with internal business stakeholders and vendor/s to ensure successful delivery.- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of automation processes, workflows, and technical specifications.

What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on process improvement.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.- Able to work independently to resolve discrepancies, defects, incidents or problems with understanding of the business and system impacts.- Demonstrates an aptitude for learning and assists in evaluating multiple RPA technologies and helps in the selection process.

Highly Regarded:
- Experience with Automation or RPA and other similar emerging technologies (UiPath, Appian, Power Platform).- Experience with various programming languages, such as SQL, VBA, python.- Relevant automation tool certifications.- Experience in project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, evaluation of available options and cost/benefit analysis, development of implementation strategies, testing and deployment.
