The Opportunity

We're on the lookout for a passionate and curious Automation Specialist to join our team and help us unlock new efficiencies through intelligent automation. You'll play a key role in designing and delivering Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that reduce risk, improve consistency, and enhance the customer experience.

What your day may look like:

  • Conducting process analysis of common tasks in key operational areas to identify potential RPA solutions
  • Designing, building and supporting RPA solutions aligned with Liberty's Group RPA strategy
  • Ensuring consistent use of agreed RPA tools across the group, leveraging documented standards and effective change reviews
  • Collaborating with Cyber Security and Group Risk and Compliance to ensure RPA processes enhance our risk and security posture
  • Representing RPA projects at strategic meetings, clearly articulating benefits, investment and risks
  • Ensuring RPA processes do not retain or treat Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or sensitive data contrary to group policies
  • Educating business units on automation and RPA tooling
  • Continuously learning new RPA tools, methods and best practices
  • Monitoring end-user applications and proactively identifying potential issues
  • Demonstrating a drive to reduce inconsistencies, risk and errors in automation processes
