**APS6 Project Officer**
**The Opportunity**

Our federal client based in Geelong is undertaking a large-scale business transformation overhauling the disability sector. The Markets Provider and Sector Development (MPSD) Group is responsible for relationships with Service Providers. Programs of work include Market Stewardship, Market Supply Response, Communications, Market Risk Management, Participant Information.

Multiple positions available at APS6 level ($58.50 per hour + Super) for initial 12 month contracts.

**Selection Criteria**
- Developing detailed work plans that define and coordinate the ongoing work program and change and transformation agenda across various portfolios of the branch.
- Undertaking research and analysis activities for development of key projects within the branch.
- Communicating to key stakeholders with timely advice for status updates and issues affecting projects. Providing advice and support to stakeholders in relation to agency policies, procedures, systems and documentation to ensure requirements are met.
- Supporting the development of project management methodologies and processes.
- Developing accessible and relevant metrics, reporting and performance indicators including services and projects, variations and the impact on the change agenda.
- Contributing to the development and ongoing review of policies procedures and guidelines documents.
- Identifying and contributing to system and process improvements, focusing on delivering high quality and timely resolution of payment enquiries
- Providing input into the preparation of advice, including briefs and correspondence.
- Working to reduce instances of non-compliance and undertaking process remediation across the branch.
