As the **Operations Manager**, you will play a pivotal role in our organisation, overseeing all operational aspects of our projects. From managing schedules to coordinating with our team of plumbers, you will ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate schedules and project management for the company.
- Ensuring projects are completed efficiently and within budget.
- Understand project requirements and provide technical support.
- Maintain records and utilise Excel to track project progress.
- Addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly, point of contact.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Qualified Plumber with a strong understanding of plumbing principles.
- Proven experience in project management or operations - plumbing.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
