Lab Manager

**The role**:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Laboratory Manager to lead our dynamic team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the laboratory ensuring high quality service to our customers.
- Lead a team of laboratory professionals, providing clear direction and oversight to all laboratory activities.
- Manage daily operations, ensuring all laboratory activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to maintain high standards of service.
- Implement and monitor laboratory safety protocols and ensure quality assurance practices.
- Analyze and improve operational workflows to optimize efficiency

**Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in a scientific field such as Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related areas.
- With a minimum of 2 years in a relevant role
- Strong problem-solving abilities in troubleshooting experiments and optimizing workflows.
- Leadership and Management Skills.
- Experienced with maintaining laboratory equipment and implementing safety protocols.
- Proficient in conducting a wide range of chemical tests and analyses, including sample preparation and data interpretation.
- Proven ability to manage data, maintain accuracy, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Skilled in using laboratory instruments and performing various testing and analysis procedures

**To apply**:
Pay: From $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- Masters Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Scientific relate: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
