**Your role**

We're looking for a highly motivated Operational Excellence Manager who wants to be part of a business that is creating a global legacy by adding value to our customers' lives, the environments we play in, and business for years to come.

The focus of the role is to build a culture that has an operational excellence mindset. You'll be responsible for facilitating a Lean enterprise culture; driving, supporting, and facilitating Lean activities that lead to greater efficiency and effectiveness of business processes.

**Responsibilities**
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Direct and manage manufacturing activities to attain the most effective results in alignment with business goals
- Promote a lean enterprise and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement
- Oversee capital projects to ensure successful implementation

**Skills & Experience**
- Proficient in Lean, 5S, visual management boards, the 5 Why's, value stream mapping
- Senior management experience in manufacturing with a focus on continuous improvement
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, project management, and time management skills
- Ability to motivate, coach, mentor, and possess well-rounded business acumen
- Computer and technology savvy
