**Your Role**:

- Oversee daily café operations and ensure smooth service
- Lead and motivate the front-of-house team
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Manage bookings, stock levels, and staff schedules
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in hospitality management
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- A hands-on, customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work under pressure with a positive approach

**Location**: Yield Café - Revesby
**Start Date**: ASAP

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $53,262.28 - $108,126.60 per year

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
