Be rewarded with interesting and meaningful work, additional annual leave (5 days), regular social events and a fantastic leader who will set you up to succeed.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly organised, proactive and ready to showcase their mix of operational support & high level admin skills (coupled with some marketing thrown in) within a rapidly growing business.

As the Operations Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the Operations Manager with the day-to-day running of the business. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days will look the same. You'll be coordinating operations, supporting team members, keeping processes on track and overseeing their social media channels.

Everything they do in this business is related to service - for both their clients and their internal work colleagues. Any exposure to a service based industry in the past will be high regarded.

What will your day to day involve?

  • Offering daily operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office and active projects
  • Monitoring and maintaining systems and databases with accuracy, keeping information up-to-date and easy to access
  • Coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up actions are tracked and completed
  • Assisting with the rollout of company policies, systems, and procedures
  • Coordinating and creating content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)

  • Creating a company blog and driving regular content through it to drive engagement
  • Planning logistics for team events, client meetings, and other company activities
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and professional correspondence
  • Managing incoming enquiries, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and keeping communication flowing
  • Providing data entry support and tracking key project information
  • Jumping in to assist the broader team with ad hoc administrative and office management tasks whenever needed

What will ensure your success in the role?

  • You'll be a confident operator, bringing with you a few 'tips and tricks' to support the team within a commercial/business environment (whilst also remaining open to learning new ways of doing things)
  • Relevant qualifications in Business Administration or Operations (advantageous but not essential)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, with strong document formatting skills
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks, stay calm under pressure, and prioritise effectively
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office Suite and learning new business software
  • A professional, approachable manner and the ability to work well with a wide range of people
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to step outside your comfort zone to learn

How will you be rewarded?

  • Working with the most friendly group of people in Sydney - you won't find a more down to earth team.
  • Five extra days of annual leave, giving you more time to recharge
  • Genuine opportunities for career progression - everyone Sprint has placed in the past has been rewarded and very well looked after.
  • Ongoing training and development to support your professional growth
  • A stunning, newly refurbished office space designed with collaboration and productivity in mind (straight out of The Block)
  • Monthly team outings and regular social events to keep the fun in the office, and everyone connected

Given the fun mix of ops and marketing, this role won't be around for long
