corporate market. We deliver quality video consistently, cost effectively and at scale

Role Overview
This role sits within the Production Team, reporting to the Operations Manager. The
YourFilm Production team is the starting point for a job confirmed by sales. It’s the
customer’s first experience in working with us. We want to impress, communicate
clearly, deliver on expectations overall ensuring the experience of working with
YourFilm is a professional and enjoyable one from beginning to end.
The primary focus of this role is coordinating all elements of pre-production &
production, liaising with customers during the production and post production
process. Attention to detail, organisation and the ability to effectively deliver on
responsibilities and deadlines are essential to success in this role.
**Responsibilities**:
**Include but are not limited to**:
Client services - day to day client liaison inlucing briefing, asset gathering,
production logistics, draft review process
Inbound quoting (package based videos, existing clients)
Understand and respond to client needs, communicate these to the
production and post production teams
Coordinating production elements with support from Production Assistant
(commercial property and corporate)
Booking and briefing crew
Support with onboarding new crew to YourFilm’s existing network
Scheduling post production and updating post production with client
feedback, deadline changes and client requirements
Work with Production and Post Production teams to ensure deadlines are met
Follow established workflow systems and processes and contribute to
improving them
**Skills**:Basically, have nous. We just love people with nous.
Production experience
We also love practicality. To us that means you know how to contribute,
prioritise and take a bit of initiative.
Accuracy and attention to detail, this role is all about ensuring i’s are dotted, t’s
are crossed and that our workflows are followed meticulously.
Strong organisational skills, ensuring all production admin requirements are
delivered on time.

The ability to learn fast and a desire to always learn new skills improve &
progress
The ability to work collaboratively in a team of people with different skill sets
and responsibilities.
Have the autonomy to deliver on and excel at your individual responsibilities.
