This role will see you planning LAM strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness and engage new customers for our clinics in their local communities. You will work closely with our Franchisees and Clinic Managers and have autonomy to build strategic partnerships with community-based businesses, programs, and groups.

Originating 15 years ago in Australia, Laser Clinics is the industry leader in non-invasive aesthetic treatments, such as Laser Hair Removal, Cosmetic Injections, Skin and Body treatments.

Laser Clinics is a franchise-based business with a minimum 50% ownership interest in every clinic which ensures we are aligned with our franchisees and contributes to the success of our clinic network. We currently have over 215 clinics across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Canada, and the UK with further plans for international expansion.

**As Local Area Marketing Coordinator, you will**:

- Develop local area marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention for our 140 clinics across Australia
- Create, maintain, evolve and manage relevant LAM strategy and campaigns via LCA’s online marketing portal, to assist franchisees and clinic owners to engage customers and drive sales
- Own the LAM collateral production, including printing of materials and updating digital screens
- Support the execution of ad-hoc LAM marketing requests from the clinics, and scheduled monthly brand campaigns
- Build cluster and or regional LAM marketing activities to accelerate brand growth over and above the national campaigns
- Devise and implement community-based programs, partnerships, and other engagement initiatives

**About you**
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing or equivalent
- Experience working in marketing as a Marketing Support or Assistant Brand Manager
- A keen interest in the aesthetics and beauty industry
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and proposing and developing new ideas and solutions
- High level of attention to detail in reviewing marketing assets and copy
- Planning, organising and prioritising skills with the ability to work on multiple projects
- Financial reporting skills
- Travel to interstate and remote/regional areas may be required
