We seek an experienced and motivated **Accounts and Administration Officer** to support our growing accounts, administration and operation teams in our **South Yarra Head Quarters. **We are growing quickly and looking to fill this role quickly.
**This is a full-time role with flexible working arrangements.**
**The role**
- Raise invoices and statements.
- Reconcile daily accounts.
- Accounts receivable and payable.
- Document management.
- Credit card mangement.
- Customer set-up, including contract management.
- Updating payment details into our CRM system.
- Assisting the team with office and administration tasks.
- Supporting the overall finance department.
**You must have**
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Experience with Xero.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Autonomous and diligent with the ability to take ownership and accountability for your workload.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
- Demonstrate a consistently proactive approach and pleasant demeanour.
- Be punctual, reliable, adaptable & flexible.
