**Accounts Receivables Officer**

Melbourne Grammar School has an opportunity for an Accounts Receivables Officer to ensure the smooth day to day operation of the School’s accounts receivable function, which bills some $80m per annum to over 1,500 school families.

**You will**
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of tuition fee statements, incorporating scholarships, concessions, and various charges.
- Prepare and issue statement reminders to families and follow up on outstanding accounts to ensure prompt payments.
- Maintain an appropriate audit trail of all charges raised and payments received and ensure timely processing of transactions.
- Set up, issue accounts, receipt payments and follow up for trips and tours.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to maintain accurate student and parent database.
- Compile boarder cash advance data for inclusion in fee statements, including medical account charges.
- Other duties, as appropriate to the position
