**The Company**

Robert Half is currently recruiting for an experienced Bookkeeper to join an outstanding investment management business based in South Yarra.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Finance Manager you assist in managing both accounts payable and receivable tasks for a group of entities, ensuring timely and accurate processing is maintained. This will include:

- Processing purchase invoices
- Review accounts payable for overdue invoices.
- Raising intercompany monthly invoices.
- Follow up ageing receivables.
- Verifying financial statements, ledgers and accounts and making corrections where appropriate
- Process general journals for intercompany transfers.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial close processes.
- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual audit files.
- Assist in BAS preparation and PAYG Reconciliation.
- Assist in reconciliations of accounts.

**Your Profile**
- 3 years' experience within a similar role
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience using Excel and other MS software
- Excellent communication skills, problem solving & initiative.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritise to meet deadlines.
- Results orientated and ability to see tasks through to completion.
