**About the role**:
We have an exciting role available for a Product Assistant to join our Business Applications Team.
Reporting to the Product & EDI Manager your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining master product data within the company’s ERP system (Apparel21) for the wholesale and retail divisions of the business. The focus of this role is to meet deadlines and ensure data, images and pricing integrity are accurately maintained.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Create and maintain master product data within the company’s ERP system (Apparel21).
- Create and maintain the Wholesale Division online product catalogues within the B2B ecommerce sales platform (Apparel21 SalesNet).
- Interpret and manipulate supplier data within Microsoft Excel and validate product data before product import / creation within the ERP system (Apparel21).
- Communicate with Wholesale & Retail teams to resolve data integrity issues.
- Ensure data is created & enriched in line with product hierarchy protocols.
- Liaise with Retail Teams and General Managers to maintain product hierarchy protocols.
- Analyse data for gaps and errors and must adhere to strict deadlines

**To succeed in this role, you will need to have**:

- Demonstrated strong administration and data entry skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills with a strong ability to build effective relationships.
- Experience working in the retail / wholesale industry would be an advantage.
- AP21 experience will be highly advantageous.
- The ability to work well in a team and autonomously.
- Exceptional time management skills
