You'll be a key contributor to the successful delivery of the Apply product vision and strategy and is responsible for leading a team to build and deliver products that solve real problems for primarily candidates, while balancing hirer needs. • Deliver world-class user experiences that solve real problems for both candidates and hirers in the Apply Experience.
  • Engage stakeholders across the business to evaluate and prioritise customer problems, ensuring clear understanding of product direction and outcomes.
  • Take an analytical approach to understand data insights and apply them to product decisions and improvements.
  • Maintain a holistic view of products within the broader SEEK experience, collaborating with other product teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Evangelise a compelling vision and roadmap for Apply products, staying current with industry and competitor trends.
  • Champion the voice of customers on both sides of the employment marketplace, focusing on solving critical problems of high strategic importance.

  • Effective communication skills with ability to influence and persuade across all organisational levels, plus strong relationship-building capabilities.
  • Adaptability to change and competing demands, with ability to break constraints and get things done including hands-on approach when needed.
  • Experience with or willingness to learn analytical tools and techniques for data-driven decision making.
  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn Agile software development methodologies, including facilitation of squad rituals and use of tools like Jira/Confluence.
  • Empathy and customer-focused mindset with ability to understand and advocate for both candidate and hirer perspectives in a marketplace environment.
