**The Opportunity**
An exciting opportunity has become available for a focused and motivated individual in the position of Customer Support Representative. Based out of our Canberra Branch this role will have you working with a customer base to improve customer service by providing solutions to our customer’s challenges.
The position focuses on ACT, Riverina & Southern NSW region. This role will involve traveling/over nights stays were required.
**Reporting to the Canberra Parts & Service Supervisor, your responsibilities will include**:
- Manage an existing network of customers and source new customers to grow our business
- Identify opportunities for new business with a view to increasing parts & service sales
- Promoting parts and service sales solutions to achieve company budgeted sales targets
- Working to a customer call cycle and actively building parts & service quotes tailored to customers’ needs and conducting B2B sales negotiations
- Documenting all customer interactions in the company CRM system
- Reporting of activity, prospects, sales opportunities and competitor activity
**To be successful you will need**:
- Strong technical understanding of earth moving and construction equipment
- Demonstrated success in a similar sales role
- Be self-motivated and be able to build long term relationships
- Excellent administration, communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to travel as required within your region
