We are now recruiting for an enthusiastic and customer focused individual to join our branches in Woden. Our **Customer Service Representative** roles are great job opportunities where you can get your foot into the door of a community minded bank, gain hands on experience, enjoy interacting with members in branch and online, whilst providing them with a high level of service to ensure their financial needs are met.

**The role**
- Having conversations with members face to face and over the phone to assist them with their banking and insurance needs
- Exploring new opportunities to find the right financial solutions that may improve our members position
- Working with a team to achieve daily goals and business objectives
- Maintaining a high level of operational adherence in line with company and regulatory standards, policies and procedures
- Cash handling, balancing and administrative activities.

**The Person**
- Experience in a retail, sales and/or customer service environment
- Honesty and integrity with the ability to diligently follow and adhere to policies and procedures in a regulated financial environment
- Sound numeracy, cash handling experience and an accurate eye for detail
- An aptitude for technology with proficient computer skills
- A positive and upbeat outlook and genuinely enjoy helping others and working together to achieve common goals
- Initiative and the ability to manage multiple activities
- A valid Driver’s License and reliable transport with the flexibility and availability to travel and work at branches within the region if and when required.
