**THE ROLE**:
- Administrative support for the customer service team
- Document management, ensuring records are neat and accurate
- Providing exceptional customer service to customers and sub-contractors
- Maintaining a safe working environment while maximising productivity
- Coordinating job schedules and bookings
- Using the v6 system to organise site glazing
**YOU WILL HAVE**:
- High attention to detail
- Previous customer service and administrative experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
