Job Description Summary
The Database Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and updating multiple Service Stream and client databases and also receiving and compiling construction handover packs from Sub-Contractors. The Database Administrator will be responsible for ensuring all databases are updated in accordance with the client standards and timeframes.
About the Role
- Maintain and update various Service Stream databases. (IFS)
- Maintain and update various client DBoR’s databases.
- Act central point of contact for subcontractors and coordinate handover documents from subcontractors as per specific site type or program requirements ensuring all technical demand and adherence to relevant quality standards
- Ensure all databases are updated in line with respective client KPI’s.
- Maintain high levels of data integrity in all Service Stream and client databases.
- Central point of contact for all Database related issues.
- Liaise with project stakeholders directly to define and deliver contract requirements.
- Support project teams with day to day queries pertaining to client databases.
- Communicate professionally with employees, customers and contractors.
- Actively support other teams to achieve business goals.
- Reviews artefacts and as builts to ensure accuracy before updating client Dbors system
