The Oporto Marketing team drive the success through the strategic management, support, and implementation of marketing, product and channel strategies that underpin our ability to connect with our customers that are food fanatics like us.

**What will this opportunity have you doing?**
Reporting into the Head of Marketing exciting opportunity is a key role to support the ambitious growth strategies for Oporto. The Brand Manager will develop, enable, and execute marketing plans to promote brand performance, customer experience, business profitability and further grow our competitive advantage. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to see their work make a real impact on an iconic brand and gain full exposure to our end-to-end marketing process.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that meet the business sales, marketing and financial objectives.
- Supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding.
- New Product Development (NPD) and developing the new product funnel by taking ownership for short and long term projects in the business.
- Management of A&P budgets and the active management of the brand P&L.
- Utilizing key research methodologies to analyze campaign success and support marketing strategies and growth strategies of the brand.

**The things that will see you be successful**:

- Passionate about all things marketing and brand and can articulate what this means across all aspects of the business
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to confidently collaborate with multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
- Strong analytical skills, project management and creative understanding
- Proven experience in digital marketing, portfolio, channel and brand management.
- Previous experience in Quick Service Restaurants or Fast Moving Consumer Goods is desirable but not compulsory.
