The Oporto Marketing team drive the success of the brand through the design, support, and implementation of the strategies that underpin our ability to connect with our customers that are food fanatics like us.

**What this opportunity will have you doing**

This opportunity will primarily focus on the management and optimisation of key digital channels through Oporto’s digital transformation, including:

- The re-launch of our eCommerce platform
- Re positioning and rolling out our Loyalty platforms
- Driving Delivery channel partner growth

Key to this will be your ability to analyse, report and recommend continued optimisation of multi layered customer journeys. This will include the ability to own the convenience channel content and customer journey management including menu, design, UX, kiosks, table ordering, skip the queue etc.

You will be working with the broader Brand Team and Craveable Digital Marketing team to formulate and support implementation of the digital strategy across all owned and paid digital channels. In addition to this there will be the requirement for development of consumer facing promotions to drive continued acquisition and retention.

**What you’ll bring to the table**

Technical Skills:

- Exposure to eCommerce platforms
- Tableau experience is desirable but not essential
- Salesforce
- If you do not have formal exposure to the above have the enthusiasm to learn

Competencies:

- Project Management experience
- Analytical skills and a good level of comfort with data.
- Cross-collaboration (comfort dealing with a broad range of stakeholders, external and internal).
- Comfortable to present and communicate with confidence

Nice to have:

- QSR, Food, FMCG industry experience desirable but not essential.
- Degree or diploma in Business or Marketing would be great and specialising in Digital would be a big plus.
- Passionate about all things brand and can articulate what a brand is.
