**About the role**
Reporting into the Digital Marketing Manager this role drives annual sales across digital channels, including the Oporto app and website, third-party delivery platforms (UberEats, DoorDash, Menulog), and the Flame Rewards loyalty program. The position involves end-to-end implementation of e-commerce and loyalty campaigns, managing everything from online menus and creative assets to paid media and CRM activities. Key responsibilities also include planning and executing advertising on delivery platforms, updating website and app content, managing the digital marketing budget, and providing campaign analysis.

**Key Activities**
**Strategy and Execution**
- Support Digital Marketing Manager with eCommerce and Delivery Aggregator planning, ideation, and product rollout.
- Oversee website and app content, ensuring a compelling digital presence.
- Support eCommerce site optimization for sales, conversion, and loyalty.
- Coordinate website and app testing for seamless user experiences.
- Coordinate with Creative Team for timely and high-quality asset creation

**Digital Marketing Operations**
- Support Digital Marketing Manager with the Digital Go-To-Market process
- Coordinate the digital CRM calendar
- Support Digital Marketing Manager with loyalty strategy, insights, and reporting.
- Support Digital Marketing Manager with daily administrative tasks (budgeting, invoicing)

**Project Management and Stakeholder Management**
- Support Digital Marketing Manager to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met
- Be the first point of contact for cross-functional business teams on content/product/tool issues
- Coordinate and support ad-hoc eCommerce and digital projects

**About You**

**Essential**
- Approximately two years of experience in digital marketing or a similar position.
- Data-driven with strong attention to detail and the ability to drive outcomes at pace.
- Able to foster and manage relationships with stakeholders whilst juggling multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with digital platforms and concepts (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Google My Business & GA4).
- Strong Digital Analytics skills both in generating analytical reports and data-driven marketing strategies that deliver demonstrable business outcomes.

***Desirable**
- Customer acquisition & management of full funnel digital marketing experience.
- Loyalty reactivation, recovery and conversion journey experience.
