**About the role**
Health and vitality They're the first 2 words that you'd use to describe this amazing role and that's exactly what it is, an Amazing Assistant Brand Manager position for this absolutely loved Skincare and Beauty Brand. And you could be a part of it...a big part of it. Your objective, Simple. Make everyone in Australia and New Zealand fall even more in love with their nurturing, fresh and clean Skincare products through fantastic storytelling for the moments that matter in life, keeping you looking and more importantly feeling great
**Key responsibilities**
- Manage and execute the entire end to end marketing and brand strategy working closely with the category team. You will work across the full marketing mix including TV, Radio, Outdoor, Digital and Social channels
- Own and manage the end to end NPD process (New Product Development). You will get the opportunity to launch 10 new sub-brands, working across Packaging, Pricing and Promotion initiatives
- Build nurturing and long lasting relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally such as broader marketing team, NPD, major retail chains, pharmacy and beauty care specialists and agencies too
- Work closely and collaboratively with the other Brand Managers, Senior Brand Managers and Marketing Managers where you will be given the opportunity to learn and develop and own you own campaigns and projects. All the ask is you have a hungry and entrepreneurial mindset.
**What you need to be successful**
- 2-5 years of marketing experience with a caring and positive attitude/mindset balancing a nurturing and collaborative approach to hitting key brand objectives
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business or similar
- A background in FMCG/Retail/B2C Product or agency side is desirable as long as you have the right attitude of positivity and getting things done
- An adaptable and flexible nature and ability to influence key stakeholders to enjoy positive business outcomes
- Exceptional communication and project management skills are an absolute must in this fun and fast paced role
