Reporting directly to the National Leasing Manager, you will work with multiple stakeholders to manage our restaurant leases across all three brands. As the first point of contact, you will support our Franchise Partners, operations and the property team to optimize and ensure timely delivery on lease renewals and other related leasing matters.

Some specific accountabilities of the role include negotiation of new and existing leases, managing the submission of relevant documents for board approval and creating leasing documentation to support our legal team.

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience in leasing and portfolio management.
- Extensive knowledge of leasing statutory requirements established end-to-end leasing management experience with thorough regulatory knowledge and the ability to read and interpret Leases.
- Experience in stakeholder management across multiple brands, individuals and functions.
- Excellent communication skills with experience in conflict management and resolution.
- Measured and deliberate planning skills with the ability to quickly adapt to unexpected situations.

**Desirable**
- prior experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or Franchise Network leasing would be greatly advantageous.
