Olympic Industries is a market leader with over 50 years of experience providing products and services throughout Australia. An exciting opportunity exists for a full-time Administration Assistant to join our company with a great team of people.
The Administration Assistant (Customer Service) will act as the point of contact for all customer enquiries and provide administrative support. As such it is essential that you are pleasant, courteous, highly professional and able to interact with a wide and diverse consumer group.
This role requires multitasking across a range of responsibilities, including providing exceptional customer service by attending to customer enquiries, data entry, accounting activities, receiving and forwarding communication and taking care of more general clerical duties.
The incumbent must be highly organised and self-motivated, requiring strong communication skills.
**To be considered for this opportunity you will ideally have**:
- People-orientated and adaptable skills
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
- Solid knowledge of office procedures
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
- Strong organisation skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Capacity to work independently and proactively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail

**Salary**: $50,176.68 - $60,000.00 per year
